We have specialised 2nd and 3rd-level CICPND technicians (Non-destructive Tests) for magnetoscopic tests, which are essential for comprehensive quality control.
We guarantee the quality of the process and controls in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008/2015.

LABORATORY TESTS:

• Hardness and micro-hardness tests (both bench tests and with portable instruments)
• Depth hardness test
• Metallographic structure test
• Magnaflux crack check and dye-penetration method
• Deformation control (control of teeth, shafts, etc.)
• The emission of conformity certificates in reference to current laws in force and the complete traceability of all the phases of the production cycle is possible thanks to the cutting-edge software used to manage cycles, changes in power, intensities, differences in power, frequency, and energy used for each individual piece.
